Carriers
All orders are shipped through UPS or USPS, depending on destination, package size, and delivery speed.
Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Thursday are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders received Friday through Sunday or on U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.

As a newly established small business, our processing times may vary slightly as we expand operations.
Delivery Estimates
Standard delivery usually arrives within 7–10 business days from the shipment date, depending on your location and carrier performance. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. DELLO is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses. Once a package is marked “Delivered” by UPS or USPS, any delivery concerns should be addressed directly with the carrier. We are happy to assist you in initiating a carrier investigation if needed.
Restock Schedule
As we continue to grow, we do not currently have a fixed restock schedule. However, once order volume increases, new restocks will be posted every Sunday at 12:00 PM (Central Standard Time – CST, Austin time).
We’ll update this page and notify our customers once the regular restock schedule is in effect.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping Fees & Taxes
All shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or under our Refund Policy.
